Men's Size Charts
Here's how you can find your measurements for your chest and waist. Be sure to take your measurements in inches.
- Chest - put your arms to the side, measure around your upper body right under your armpits over the fullest part of your chest.
- Waist - measure around the height where you normally wear your pants.

Women's Size Charts
Here's how you can find your measurements for your bust, waist, and hips. Be sure to take your measurements in inches.
- Bust - put your arms to the side, and measure around the fullest part of your bust, under your arms keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
- Waist - bend to one side to find the natural crease to your waist. Measure at this point keeping the tape comfortable around your waist.
- Hips - stand with your heels together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips (about 8 inches from your waist).
